This summer has really sold me (and maybe even Lisa) on Utah. We have finally been able to go to some of the places we've heard about ever since we moved here. Last weekend, we went on a camping trip to the Uintas; a place we had heard a lot about. It was awesome! It really felt like we were in a different state. Our trip was filled with dutch oven cooking, neat day trips (one of which included seeing the source of the Provo river), and fishing. It is definitely a trip worth repeating. Here are some pics of our trip.

Very cute pictures!!! It looks like you had a great time camping, and you're brave bringing both the girls out there!!! I LOVE the video of Vanessa...I think it's even better that she has the hiccups during it!!! Makes it that much cute!!! Very cute guys!!!

Looks like a great place to camp! Really beautiful, almost as pretty as Washington! It seems like Vanessa gets cuter every time I see her! What a doll! And Nicole is adorable, such a sweetie!

How fun! I don't mind if you guys stay in Utah, we have family there and can visit you too! My first choice would still be WA (of course.)It's great that having two kids hasn't slowed you down at all! You guys inspire me! Keep the good times rollin'!
That looks like it was alot of fun, I'm jealous, I've been wanting to go on a camping trip for over a year now! Love the pictures, and I'm amazed too at how green it is, if it keeps up it will make moving away from home alot easier. Love the Vanessa video as well, she's soooo cute! It made me laugh. ;D lol.

oh...words cannot describe the CUTENESS of that video!! We have all watched it about ten times already. Parker keeps requesting it. He now is telling me that he wants to watch something else that Vanessa can sing. so get crackin' with another video...
i'm so glad you guys had such a great time in the uintas. mirror lake is about ten minutes away from the ranch, so that gets me excited! the pictures are gorgeous. i echo everyone else...way to get out with a newborn! you really are making the most of life and are inspiring to all of us!
What's up brother? I checked out the blog and it looks like the family is doing good. It is good to see nicole looking so healthy.
